Shipping

We usually post orders within two business days of purchase. Please allow two weeks for delivery, though it's usually much faster.

Regular orders within Australia are sent for a flat fee of $11.95.

If your order is unusually large in size or weight, we reserve the right to charge you the actual cost of the postage. We will contact you about this sending.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Orders are despatched from the Central Coast multiple times a week.

Express Post is available within Australia for a flat fee of $17.95. If you are within Australia's Post's Express Post network, you should receive your parcel the day after we post it. It will take longer to reach remote areas. Find out if you are within Australia Post's Express Post national delivery network here.

Cash On Delivery is an option. Please see payment options for details.

New Zealand: If you are ordering from New Zealand, you can select International Shipping at checkout. The cost for parcels up to 2kg is $41.04. The cost for parcels up to 5kg is $63.34. If you're unsure, have a guess and we'll refund you any excess or send an invoice for any shortfall before sending out your parcel. Express shipping may be available on request.

International Shipping may be available. Please contact us for a quote on delivery charges outside of Australia.
