Dough Tools is a small family business. Here is how we are supporting our customers during the pandemic.

As the owner, I pack all parcels myself from our home-based warehouse. If anyone in our household is suspected to have COVID-19, we will suspend orders from our website.

Whilst we would usually dispatch orders within two days, in order to avoid excessive trips to the post office, orders may be delayed by one or two days. Please choose the Express Post option if you need your order as fast as possible.

Most of our stock comes from Australian distributors. Some items are imported directly from China, the USA, and other countries. We are quarantining all new stock for two weeks to avoid any danger of contamination. All products you see listed on our website are currently in stock and have been here for more than two weeks.

Almost all orders are sent via Australia Post and they are doing all they can to continue delivering your parcels. It is possible delays could occur with the service in the future but we expect that Australia Post will remain operational throughout the pandemic. We don't require parcels to have a signature on delivery. International orders may experience more severe delays.

We have many products that will help to support your family during periods of social isolation whether you are looking for fun, sensory exploration or education. Feel free to get in touch if you need any recommendations. You can find craft and gift ideas for half price in our clearance sale. Save 50% when you buy any 3 products from this selection.

If you have spare flour, you could make your own playdough. If anyone using it is sick, don't let children share and dispose of it afterwards. We sell packs of 15 small tubs of Play-Doh. Just use one or two tubs at a time if you don't want to reuse it. Our plastic playdough tools are easily washable in soapy water. Make sure your children wash their hands properly both before and after using playdough.

I hope that your family stays safe and healthy throughout 2020.

Best wishes,

Angela Starling
